Directors have backgrounds spanning institutional asset management, public company governance, and corporate development, with a shared orientation toward long-term value creation and disciplined use of capital on behalf of shareholders.




Matthew Winger
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Matthew Winger has served as a director since 2022 and was named Chairman and CEO in 2025. Mr. Winger is an investment professional with experience in evaluating public and private companies as well as supporting company management teams in strategic planning and operations. Mr. Winger holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Finance and Operations, and is a CFA Charter holder and active member of the CFA Society Miami.




Kevin Westenburg
President & Director

Kevin Westenburg has served as President and a director since 2025. Mr. Westenburg has ten years of public accounting and private equity investing experience across a variety of industries with a focus on underwriting, evaluation, structuring, growth initiatives, restructuring, and other special situations. Mr. Westenburg is a former Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance.




Eric Sites
Director

Eric Sites has served as a director since 2025. He is a Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Research Analyst at Horizon Kinetics Holding Corp., which he joined in 2004. Mr. Sites brings a succesful track record in corporate governance, currently serving as a Director of IL & FS Securities Services Ltd of India. He previously served on the boards of the Canadian Securities Exchange and the Bermuda Stock Exchange. Mr. Sites holds an MA from Columbia University, providing the Board with extensive global market and analytical investment experience.
