Mr. Winger is an investment professional with experience in evaluating public and private companies as well as supporting company management teams in strategic planning and operations. Mr. Winger holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Finance and Operations, and is a CFA Charter holder and active member of the CFA Society Miami.

Mr. Westenburg has ten years of public accounting and private equity investing experience across a variety of industries with a focus on underwriting, evaluation, structuring, growth initiatives, restructuring, and other special situations. Mr. Westenburg is a former Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance.

Ms. Glickman leads the finance and accounting functions that includes budgeting and financial analysis. She brings over 25 years of experience across accounting, financial, human resources, and tax planning experience. Ms. Glickman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Mr. Babe is an industry executive with over 40 years of experience in chemical, polymer, and ink development, manufacturing, and sales, with a track record spanning new technology commercialization in energy storage and printed electronics. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bayer Corporation, where he oversaw all North American activities of the worldwide Bayer Group, and as Chief Technology Officer of Matthews International (NASDAQ: MATW). Mr. Babe has operated at the international level across global industrial organizations throughout his career.

Ms. Vasy brings experience in specialty ink commercialization, business development, and operational scaling within niche industrial markets, most recently as Vice President of Operations at Liquid X Printed Metals, a functional ink and printed electronics company where she joined as an early employee and helped grow the business from a single-product startup to a multi-metal solution provider. Her background includes capital raises, international IP portfolio management, and strategic partnerships with major electronics and medical device manufacturers. Ms. Vasy holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, where she was selected as a James R. Swartz Entrepreneurial Fellow.

Dr. Sarma holds a Ph.D. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering and brings over 33 years of experience in digital printing, nano-dispersions, micro-fluid dynamics, and product development. He leads R & D initiatives, new formulation development, and day-to-day operations at Polymeric Nocopi LLC, with responsibility spanning production, quality, and financial oversight. Dr. Sarma has authored 25 publications in international journals, contributed chapters to the Encyclopedia of Fluid Mechanics and Textile & Fiber Science, and holds more than 15 patents concentrated in ink jet printing applications.
