Michael A. Feinstein, M.D. - Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer
Michael A. Feinstein, M.D., Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer since December 1999 and February 2000 has been a practicing physician in Philadelphia, PA for over thirty years, serving for more than twenty-five years as the President of a group medical practice including three physicians. He received a B. A. from LaSalle College and M.D. from Jefferson Medical College. He has been an active private investor for more than thirty years, during which he has consulted with management of the companies in which he invested on a number of occasions.
Rudolph A. Lutterschmidt - Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Rudolph A. Lutterschmidt, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been employed by Nocopi since 1991. A graduate of Syracuse University, he has had a long career with a number of publicly traded and privately-held companies in southeast Pennsylvania including Safeguard Business Systems, Inc. Additionally, in recent years, he has been a financial consultant to several entrepreneurial businesses in the Philadelphia area. He is a member of Financial Executives International, the Institute of Management Accountants and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Terry W. Stovold - Director of Worldwide Technical Sales
Terry started at Nocopi in 1987 and has held increasingly more senior sales and technical positions for Nocopi. Mr. Stovold studied business at McGill University from 1986 to 1990 and is a Forestry Technologist from Algonquin College, May 1985. Mr. Stovold holds numerous US and foreign patents in the field of security printing technology and printing inks, with multiple patents still pending.
Rich Selah - Nocopi’s New Security Sales Director
Rich recently joined Nocopi. He has held various sales and marketing positions with companies involved with the manufacturing and sales of inks, toners and other imaging supplies. For the past decade, Rich has been involved
in understanding the processes and schemes used by criminals to counterfeit and defraud companies. This has resulted in his being able to successfully develop and market security inks and programs now used to protect thousands of retail, financial, and other commercial accounts in the U.S.
New to Nocopi, but not to their products, Rich was instrumental in making Nocopi’s Rub & Reveal security ink the premier ink used to deter, detect, and defeat receipt and ticket counterfeiters. Utilizing his vast knowledge of criminal motivations and processes, Rich is now working with Nocopi’s staff to develop and market existing and new security inks to meet the specific needs of customers plagued by the growing problems of counterfeiting and diversion.
Rich received a Bachelors of Business degree from Western Illinois University and an Executive MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
JoAnn Domanski - Director of Research and Development
JoAnn has been with Nocopi for 12 years. Prior to Nocopi, she worked in thick film microelectronics and high performance ceramic composite industries. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Kevin Stevenson - Production Manager
Kevin initially was with Nocopi from 1992-1998 and rejoined the company in 2003. He has 20 years experience as
an offset pressman with some prepress and bindery experience; ten years of security ink manufacturing and five years experience providing on-site technical assistance to clients. He is a graduate of the Graphic Arts Association
of Delaware Valley and Central Chester County Vocational School. Kevin, along with JoAnn and Terry, were awarded Patent No. 5,595,590 in January 21, 1997.
Janice Ciallella - Administrative Asst./Paper Sales
Janice has been with Nocopi since 1997 and along with her administrative duties, now handles the sale of all of Nocopi’s security papers.
James Davis - Printing Operations
James recently joined Nocopi in 2007 and currently serves as a Production Assistant. This is his first position in the printing industry. His prior work experience has been in other industrial sectors.
Jeanne D. White - Director of Communications
Jeanne was appointed Director of Communications at Nocopi Technologies in December, 2003. Previously she was a career member of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration from 1963 to 1999. Her last position at FDA was as Director of National Industry Affairs. During her FDA career she took a leave of absence to serve for three years as Regional Director and Director of Field Operations and National Director of Communications at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. She also spent three years at The White House under President Nixon as Assistant Director of Field Operations at The White House Office of Consumer Affairs. In the aftermath of Hurricane Agnes in 1972 she was sent by The White House to establish this Country’s first White House Consumer Protection Office in a Disaster Area. This initiative to open a Consumer Protection has continued as a template for some Disaster Areas that have occurred since 1972. Among her numerous national and international awards, Jeanne is a seven time winner of the FDA Award of Merit- the Agency’s highest award. She is also a recipient of the Presidential Award of Excellence and was named Regulatory Professional of the Year in 1992 by the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society. She is a graduate of College Misericordia, Dallas, PA. with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Nutrition. She also completed advanced dietetic studies while interning at several Medical Centers in New York City. |
